SABA was delighted to receive an invitation to the the International Maritime Organisation which included a range of discussions on how our members can work with the Africa in the Blue Economy sector.
From training to port logistics and port repurposing for the growing renewables and off shore industries, this is a sector where SABA members and the wider Scottish industry can find an abundance of opportunities for partnerships and forms part of our plans in the Blue Economy across the continent.
It was also great to bump into our old friend Amb. Nancy Karigithu who we wish the best of luck in her candidature for Secretary-General
