Subsea Expo - Egyptian Delegation

Egypt has a growing focus on subsea operations, driven by continued investment in offshore energy, infrastructure development and the expansion of renewable projects linked to offshore and coastal environments. There is increasing demand for expertise across subsea engineering, operations and maintenance, seabed mapping and monitoring, marine and maritime services, and the application of new technologies that support both traditional offshore activity and the energy transition.

We have invited a delegation from Egypt, supported by the Scottish Government, who will participate in a panel session during Subsea Expo, offering insights into Egypt’s current subsea priorities, upcoming opportunities and areas where international collaboration is actively being sought. While renewable energy in the subsea space will be a key theme, discussions will also incorporate wider subsea interests including geology, offshore services, maritime capabilities and enabling technologies.
