About the event
SABA is exploring plans to host a senior inward trade delegation from Libya to Scotland, bringing together government representatives, state-owned entities and private sector leaders to engage directly with Scottish companies, universities and training providers.
Libya is entering a period of renewed focus on economic diversification, infrastructure renewal and skills development. With one of Africa’s largest oil & gas reserves, growing interest in renewables and an urgent need to build technical capacity, there is strong alignment with Scotland’s globally recognised strengths in energy, education and applied innovation.
