About the event

SABA is planning to host a senior delegation from Côte d’Ivoire, focused on both hydrocarbons and renewable energy, to explore collaboration opportunities with Scottish companies, academia and institutions across the energy value chain.


The proposed delegation includes senior leadership from the Ministry of Mines, Energy and Petroleum, including:

• Mr Bienvenu Esse, CEO of Hydrocarbons

• Mr Kalifa Ehouman, CEO of Energy, with responsibility for renewables


The visit is intended to provide a platform for direct engagement with decision‑makers shaping Côte d’Ivoire’s energy strategy, covering conventional energy, energy transition priorities and opportunities for international partnership.
