NAMIBIAN MARITIME SECTOR MEETINGS
A series of meetings with Namibia’s new Maritime Councillor and Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organisation focussing on skills training, renewable technology for shipping, port management and infrastructure.

KENYA - MEETINGS WITH HE MANOAH ESIPISU, KENYAN HIGH COMMISSIONER TO LONDON
A series of meetings for SABA members with HE Manoah Esipisu, Kenyan High Commissioner to London focussing on agriculture, healthcare, energy and maritime. SABA arranged a series of member meetings to explore opportunities in these key Kenya sectors which have already attracted Scottish investment.

TANZANIAN AGRICULTURE - MEETINGS WITH HE ASHA-ROSE MIGIRO, HIGH COMMISSIONER FROM TANZANIA TO THE UK
Private round table meetings for SABA members focussing on opportunities in Tanzanian agriculture with HE Asha-Rose Migiro, High Commissioner from Tanzania to the UK. SABA members met to discuss agricultural opportunities in Tanzania and how best to access these.

SABA hosted a Ministerial delegation from Ghana in Aberdeen w/c 26th September for a series of private meetings and briefings to discuss the opportunities for UK based businesses arising from the release of 5 offshore blocks.

NAMIBIAN TRAINING AUTHORITY AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION ONLINE MEETING
SABA hosted an online meeting for it’s college, university and private sector skills training companies with the Namibian Training Authority and the Ministry of Education to discuss partnerships

NIGERIAN DAIRY SECTOR DELEGATION
SABA members from the agriculture sector attended a round table with a delegation from Imo State, Nigeria, to discuss partnerships and assistance for their dairy sector.

A meeting was arranged by SABA for healthcare and education members Continulus with HE Blade Nzimande, Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology for the Government of South Africa

SABA members involved in education and skills training hosted and met with the Angolan Secretary of State for Energy and Water in Glasgow and Aberdeen
