Project Heather is building a stock exchange for the 21st century. Scottish based, yet global facing, we will be the first Recognised Investment Exchange for which companies must measure and publish annually their positive social and/or environmental impact. We seek to create an exchange that can assist and support the real economy in Scotland, improving access to capital and providing liquidity to purpose-driven founders and entrepreneurs, and those that back them. It is informed by the vision for a capital market which serves society and can be trusted to serve all stakeholders: a market which social entrepreneurs, charities and local authorities can use and find investors who are aligned with their mission.
